The Stream Machine Flowers was realized inside the Avixa stand, the worldwide Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association, during ISE, the largest AV and systems integration show in the world.
Stream Machine Flowers allowed visitors to co-create abstract and dreamlike environments using an arcade controller with joystick. Visitors could transform 7 initial Rijksmuseum’s flowers painting into more than 9 billions of new images of abstract art.
It was a tribute to the city of Amsterdam, famous worldwide as the city of flowers, and to its avant-garde culture with the Rijksmuseum, the first museum in the world to have released photos of its paintings in high definition for free and creative use.
